French Envy's production process is focused around one thing, and one thing only, QUALITY. Unlike your typical custom furniture company we are always researching better ways to design and build custom furniture.

We spend the majority of our time in research and development trying to design the most useful, affordable as well as practical piece of furniture. Once again, this process is driven solely by quality.

Wood selection is critical in order to ensure that each and every product will endure the test of times. We only use furniture Grade "A" wood products. This minimizes, if not eliminates, any unseen defects that may occur in years to come.

Once assembly starts, our quality assurance begins. We inspect the furniture at each and every phase. If any phase fails to pass we start that phase over. This ensures that the highest possible quality will be met with each piece of furniture.

Each shell is custom fit with a proprietary support system that will ensure the front expansion will stay true for years to come. This is how we are able to utilize such a tight drawer and rail system.

All of the wood used for the drawers is planed to an exact measurement. This ensures each and every drawer can be moved from one slot to another. This method also ensures that each drawer will slide smoothly without friction.

Once all of the drawers are assembled each and every one is hand tuned to ensure a proper fit into the shell that they were designed for.

Now that the unit is built it's time to apply the finish. This is the most critical aspect of our production process. Many companies can assemble wood, but few have the skill to apply a quality finish. All of our master craftsmen have extensive knowledge and skill in applying a professional finish.

Our last step, and most important, is the delivery to our customers. Each unit is fit with a custom box and delivered by one of the most trusted names in the delivery business, FedEx®. The rest, as they say, is history ...
